Late Pick-Up Policy

If your pup is picked up during the afternoon pickup hours, an additional $10 fee applies for a half-day of play.

There are NO exceptions to weekend drop-off and pick-up times!

No Open-Door Policy

Due to insurance and licensing requirements, we’re unable to accommodate drop-in visits or in-person facility tours. These policies help us remain fully compliant and focused on providing consistent, high-quality care. We do offer a virtual tour so you can see exactly where your pup will play and stay.

Requirements

10+ weeks old with second round of shots
Spayed/neutered (medical exemptions considered)
Proof of up-to-date rabies, bordetella, and distemper/parvo
24-hour advance booking minimum (2-4 weeks recommended)
All first time pups must go through the evaluation process
Payment due at pickup

Unaltered Dogs

We do accept unaltered dogs for boarding with an additional $5/night fee (additional staff are required for private play and exercise).

Unaltered females MUST NOT be in or near a heat cycle.
Unaltered dogs are not eligible for the playgroup based on behavior

Individual Play

If your dog is too aggressive or cannot be around other dogs for whatever reason, you will be notified, and the pup will be considered an “individual play” dog. This means they get one-on-one time with staff and are not eligible for playgroups.

What to Bring

Food & Treats

Your dog’s stay will be so much more enjoyable if they have their own food from home, and their tummy will be much happier that way. Please bring your dog’s meals pre-portioned in individual baggies, labeled with their name. You may include any extras in that baggie, such as supplements for that meal or any additional additives you may choose.

You may also include a small baggie of your pup’s treats or chews that they can have in their suite. This may include bones, tasty snacks, or food-type chewing items.

Please do not bring any large bags of food unless they are sealed in a “pet food container,” which can be found at any pet store, Walmart, or Target.

Bedding

Every dog loves to have a piece of home with them when they stay with us. You are more than welcome to bring whatever bedding they may usually have at night: a bed, a blanket, or even a pillow.

Toys

Your pup is only in their suite for mealtimes and sleeping, but you may include a toy or two for nighttime entertainment.

Please limit toys to 3 or fewer, and try to avoid any toy that your dog may be protective of. While other dogs are never in your dog’s suite, we do have to walk other dogs past, and we don’t want any guarding issues!

Medications

Please include any daily medications your dog needs in their original packaging! This ensures we are dosing correctly and giving the correct medications at the correct times.
